Delivery
The following is useful
information regarding your purchase and delivery. You can print this for your

We offer 100% FREE
curbside shipping through out the continental US. If you are ordering for
delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a quote for an additional
fee that may apply. If you have already ordered your table for delivery outside
of the continental US, we will contact you before we ship just in case you
forgot.
Curb-Side
Shipping:
The freight company will be contacting you regarding a delivery appointment. It
is necessary that you or your representative be present to help the delivery
driver unload your parcel from the truck. Depending on it's size, more than 1
helper may be required to help with the unloading of your parcel. The truck
drivers are not responsible for getting products off the truck. If you need
assistance or any additional services, such as two-person delivery or inside
delivery, they are not included in the price of the table. The cost of these
additional services varies from city to city. You may make arrangements for
additional services directly from the shipping company when they call you for an
appointment. These services usually range in cost between $75 and $150. We will
gladly take your request for any additional services when you place your order.
Simply contact us and we will make any arrangement necessary. If a cost applies,
you would pay them directly for the additional service. Assembly, If required,
is the responsibility of the customer. The delivery company is not responsible
for assembly, nor is that service included in the price of the table. If you
would like us to refer you an assembly person in your area, please contact us
and we will gladly put you in contact with someone who will assemble your
purchase. Professional assembly is may be available in your area. Just contact
us and we will gladly assist you in finding someone to assemble your table.
Delivery will be done by a 48' tractor/trailer (a big truck). TableSoccerSource
will NOT be responsible for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses. Your shipping
address must be able to accommodate the truck. Please contact us if you have any
doubts.
Accessories:
If you ordered accessories along with your table, you might receive them
separately as they are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS unless they are leaving
from the same warehouse.
When you receive
your package: BEFORE YOU SIGN:
A - Check the box for damages or tears. !!! Note on delivery receipt if present
!!!
B - If you find tears or
damages to the box, quickly check the game for damages. Sometimes a tear on the
box does not mean a damage to the table.
C - If DAMAGED, please
refuse the game and call TableSoccerSource.com at 310-836-4517.
D - If you find CONCEALED
DAMAGE, call the delivering terminal immediately (number is on the delivery
receipt). Then call TableSoccerSource.com at 310-836-4517.
THIS
IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION. IF YOU REFUSE YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN
LISTED ABOVE, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT CHARGES. REFER TO
